Dinner and overnight near Lake Manyara.Depart early for Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro highlands. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive across the vast Serengeti plains. Look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras.

Overnight in Serengeti.After breakfast, transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive in one of Africa's most concentrated wildlife areas. Spot rhinos, lions, elephants, hippos, and abundant birdlife within the caldera. Later, transfer back to Arusha for overnight.
